Abstract: What is corporate culture? In fact, it has been developing since the early days of the company’s life. Issues of the corporate culture of organizations, including Smart farm, increasingly attract the attention of professionals in the field of agrarian business management. Organizational culture is a powerful strategic tool that enables the formation of the right team to focus on the company’s goals and results. The main goal of the corporate culture is to ensure high profitability of the farm by improving the management of human resources (ensuring the loyalty of employees to the management, educating them to treat the farm as their home).
